By downloading, installing, or using Somnia Journal ("the app"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the app. These terms apply to all users of Somnia Journal, available at somniajournalapp.com.

Use of the App

Somnia Journal is a personal dream journaling tool intended for individual reflective use. You agree to use the app only for lawful purposes and in a manner consistent with these terms. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.

Subscriptions and Billing

  • Somnia Journal may offer free and paid subscription tiers. Premium features are accessible only to active subscribers.
  • Subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis (monthly or annually, as selected) and are managed through Apple App Store or Google Play.
  • You may cancel your subscription at any time through your device's subscription management settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
  • Refunds are subject to the policies of Apple App Store or Google Play.
  • We reserve the right to change subscription pricing with reasonable advance notice.

AI-generated content within Somnia Journal does not constitute medical advice, psychological advice, diagnosis, or treatment of any kind.

If you have concerns about your mental health, sleep, or well-being, please consult a qualified healthcare professional. Do not rely on app-generated insights as a substitute for professional guidance.

User Content

You retain ownership of the dream entries and content you create in Somnia Journal. By using the app, you grant us a limited license to store and process your content solely to provide the service to you. We do not claim any ownership over your personal entries.

User Responsibility

You are solely responsible for the content you enter into the app and for your use of AI-generated reflections. You agree not to use the app to store content that is unlawful, harmful, or that violates the rights of others.

Account Deletion

You may delete your account at any time by contacting us at support@somniajournalapp.com. Upon deletion, your account and all associated journal entries will be permanently removed within 30 days.

App Availability

We strive to keep Somnia Journal available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the app at any time with or without notice. We are not liable for any interruption or discontinuation of service.

Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Somnia Journal and its developers are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app or reliance on AI-generated content.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by applicable law. Any disputes will be resolved in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Somnia Journal operates.
