Delete your Somnia account

You can permanently delete your Somnia account and associated personal data at any time.

Delete your account in the Somnia app

If you still have access to the Somnia app, you can delete your account directly from the app.

Open Somnia and sign in.
Go to Account / Settings.
Select Delete Account.
Follow the confirmation steps.

Important: Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. Make sure you have saved anything you want to keep before confirming deletion.

Request account deletion without the app

If you cannot access the app, submit the form below to request account deletion from this webpage. The request is sent to Somnia's existing support channel at support@somniajournalapp.com.

What data is deleted

When a Somnia account is deleted, Somnia deletes the account and associated user data controlled by Somnia, including where applicable:

Account and profile information
Dream journal entries
Dream reflections and generated insights associated with the account
Social and friend connections
Shared content associated with the account
Other user-generated Somnia data tied to the account

Data that may be retained

Limited information may be retained where required for legal, security, fraud-prevention, accounting, or regulatory purposes, and only for as long as necessary.

Purchase or subscription transaction records maintained independently by Google Play, Apple, payment providers, or other third-party platforms are governed by those providers and may not be deleted by Somnia.

Processing time

Account deletion requests submitted through this page will be processed as soon as reasonably possible after we verify that the request relates to the correct account.
